Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long will it take for my order to process?

Most regular orders will take 48 hours (2 Business Days) of processing before it is shipped.

Items that require additional processing time will be added in the comments section of the product. 

2. How long does shipping take?

After processing, the shipping timeframe is determined by your shipping selection. FREESHIPPING Orders normally take 5-7 days.

3. I didn’t find what I was looking for, what do I do?

Please contact us using the form listed under “Contact Us” or feel free to hit the chat button at the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

4. I want order something that’s not in stock? Can I do that?

Yes, we make that available. Please note that the order will take longer to process. Please choose the appropriate shipping during the checkout process

5. Do you accept Cash App or Venmo?  

We accept all major forms of payments such as credit cards, paypal, Amazon, and Apple Pay. 

6. Can I sew in a synthetic unit?

We offer U Part Units. This question is solely based your discretion.
